Trademark Protection

The name "WeSendit" is an internationally registered and protected trademark of WeSendit Media AG. This includes word marks, figurative marks, logos, combined marks, and all graphic and design forms used in business transactions.

The "WeSendit" brand enjoys comprehensive protection under national and international trademark law. All rights belong exclusively to WeSendit Media AG.

The product name "WeSendit Node Network" is a proprietary product designation of WeSendit Media AG. All signs, product names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive features underly the protection of trademark and competition law.

Use of the "WeSendit" brand, associated logos, or other distinctive elements by third parties is prohibited without prior written consent. This applies in particular to use in business transactions, domains, company designations, advertising materials, meta-tags, social media profiles, and product designations.

Any use that is suited to pretend a corporate, organizational, or legal connection to WeSendit Media AG or create a risk of confusion is prohibited.

WeSendit reserves the right to take civil and criminal action against any unauthorized use of its trademark rights.
