GTC Community

WeSendit operates community platforms both on its own digital media (Owned Media) and on external social media platforms. The community serves the exchange of information, early communication of news, involvement of users in development and marketing measures, and promotion of crowdsourcing processes.

The goal is to give interested members the opportunity to actively participate in discussions, feedback processes, idea development, tests, surveys, or other measures.

The community does not represent a company law participation, a right of co-determination in the entrepreneurial sense, or a legally binding decision-making body.

Participation in the community requires compliance with these GTC and all applicable legal regulations.

In the case of community activities on third-party platforms, their respective terms of use apply additionally. WeSendit assumes no responsibility for content, data processing, or technical functionality of external platform operators.

WeSendit reserves the right to exclude participants from individual community areas or completely from participation without giving reasons, if objective reasons exist.

Community members commit to respectful, objective, and legally compliant interaction.

Inadmissible are in particular contents that: violate applicable law; are offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory; contain extremist or criminal content; infringe third-party rights; contain misleading or business-damaging statements.

The responsibility for published contributions rests solely with the respective author. WeSendit is not obliged to check contributions in advance.

Within the framework of crowdsourcing measures, community members can submit ideas, suggestions, concepts, or other contributions.

With the submission of a contribution, the participant grants WeSendit a temporally, spatially, and content-wise unrestricted, non-exclusive, transferable use right, to the extent necessary for implementation, development, or economic exploitation of the contribution.

A claim to implementation, publication, or compensation does not exist, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The participant waives any claims from co-authorship, co-development, or intellectual participation, as far as legally permissible.

WeSendit can introduce a reward system within the community based on engagement, contribution quality, or cooperation.

Rewards can be of a material or immaterial nature, in particular in the form of: access to exclusive information; early access to functions; discounts or bonus services; material or cash prizes. There is no legal claim to participate or receive advantages.

Participation in community programs, feedback rounds, or crowdsourcing measures does not ground any corporate participation, profit sharing, or co-determination rights. Even in the case of intensive cooperation, no claim to company shares or license shares arises.

WeSendit is entitled to edit, move, hide, or remove contributions if necessary to comply with legal specifications, maintain platform integrity, or comply with internal policies. In the event of severe or repeated violations, temporary or permanent blocking can occur.

WeSendit assumes no liability for content of community members to the extent permitted by law. Liability for damages arising from the use or non-use of community contents is excluded, unless intentional or grossly negligent behavior of WeSendit is present.
